They did it. Team New Zealand have retained the America's Cup and gone back to back in spectacular fashion. The Cup stays in New Zealand after a lot of expensive racing in the Auckland Harbour.
I know nothing about sailing but can recognise success when I see it. I'll be honest, I watched three of the races and they were pretty interesting. I can't say they were the most thrilling pieces of sporting entertainment I've ever seen, but there were moments where I could appreciate what I was watching.
Time to do it all again in four years time, I think. I heard Hayden is frothing with excitement.
