So May is NZ music month and there are plenty of broke musicians see. The month is a celebration of New Zealand music and there are more gigs than you can shake a drum stick at.
The times and venues for all of the gigs affiliated with NZ music month can be found at https://www.nzmusicmonth.co.nz/ but there are also collaborations and other events like Circle Jerk. Only musicians would name an event dedicated to Christchurch band playing their own and each other's music Circle Jerk. This is a gig happening at The Darkroom on the 29th of May featuring multiple bands including Too woke for toast, Violet French, and The Wendys.
